What you'll be doing

Being an implementation specialist, means you will work closely with our clients, to customize our software to meet their unique needs. You will prepare their working environment by adding modules, logos and other customizations. This results in major time savings and improvements in their day-to-day operations. After preparing the software, you will train the (key) users, and answer questions during the first month after onboarding. Doing so, makes the customer grow their business in no-time, directly contributing to scaling the use of renewable energy!

These are your qualifications

You have a Bachelors degree, preferably in business or economics.
You have strong analytical skills, which allows you to determine customer needs and translate them into a tailor-made solution.
You are able to read people like no other. This allows you to serve your customers in the best possible way. You also enjoy teaching, explaining and training people.
You work well independently, which means that you can carry out an assignment properly and in a structured way from start to finish. Furthermore, you use a logical working order and continuously monitor the customers needs.
Because you will work with software on a daily basis, affinity with IT is very important.
Professional working skill in both the English and German language. Other languages such as Dutch are a bonus!
