Are you our new colleague?

We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract, enlighten, and hire individuals for various roles in our company.  Our talent acquisition partner will do so by a good amount of sourcing, networking and approaching suitable talents in the current labor market with the DNA of 2 Solar.

You will fit the DNA of 2Solar when you love new challenges as a recruitment professional, you have a green heart and like to contribute to sustainable solutions on bigger scale. You have the honor to work on

  • Our hiring strategy: input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals;
  • Recruitment & workforce planning: ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind;
  • Sourcing: devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives;
  • A successful candidate journey: create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience;
  • Relation & stakeholder management: form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations;
  • Employer branding: collaborate with marketing, HR and business leaders on an employer brand identity. 

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ year work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles. Preferably, in tech start-ups/scale ups;

  • Fluent in both Dutch and English;
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
  • Ability to utilize recruitment and HR technology tools such as CRM, Applicant Tracking Systems (2Solar uses Homerun), Linkedin and Boolean search on different platforms.
  • International recruitment experience with hiring in European countries, (preferably in Belgium, Spain, Germany, Poland, UK and Scandinavian countries);
