About the job

Our tech-stack consists of PHP, Laravel, VueJS, AWS, Node.js, and MySQL;

Your primary focus is Back-end Development;

Together with your team, you will improve our platform to make things even better.

For example; improving and optimizing our database, refactoring our code to microservices, integrate with third party applications and work with new frameworks and technologies;

You will work on our comprehensive web application to speed up the energy transition;

2Solar operates on multiple platforms, such as web and mobile.

What you'll bring

You have experience with developing software in Node.js or PHP, and MySQL;

You have experience with Git and Laravel;

You know how to work in microservices architecture and RESTful APIs;

Are interested in tech migrating to the cloud;

Our Development team consists of different nationalities. You speak intermediate / fluent English.

Nice to have:

Experience with DevOps, and working with Scrum/Agile methodologies;

You have (some) frontend development skills (HTML, CSS and JavaScript / Vue.js)

You are open to learn new frameworks and technologies;

Experience with AWS, Cloud engineering;

You are ambitious, a team player, professional and performance-oriented;

You are constantly looking for solutions on how to make things even better. The quality of your output is important.

In this role you will mainly be working on developing new functionalities and optimizing our existing software to an even better scalable product. This position is open for candidates in both the Amsterdam and Zwolle area. You will be working on a hybrid base, both from home and from our office in Amsterdam/Zwolle!
