Being a Software Engineer at 2Solar by Sollit allows you to contribute to the sustainable energy transition. You will develop new features and optimize our existing software to make our product even better and more useful! Full stack developer skilled in PHP and Vue.js. Our teams develop features end-to-end, giving you a chance to work on both backend and frontend.
Design, develop, test, and operate software aimed at speeding up the energy transition.
You'll own all aspects of your part of the application, including quality, performance, and observability, as well as its operation in production.
Develop and run applications using AWS.
Participate in an on-call rotation and incident response process, ensuring our systems are always running reliably.
Actively contribute to improving our software engineering processes, making our team stronger and more efficient.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and effective execution.
4+ years of professional experience.
Prior experience with PHP and Vue.js and/or a strong willingness to learn and use them.
Proficiency with AWS.
A mindset that quality is everyone’s responsibility, with a strong DevOps approach: you build it, you test it, you run it.
Experience developing backend and/or frontend for B2B applications.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with distributed teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Nice to have:
Cloud-native architecture skills.
Experience with application modernization.
Knowledge of containerization and serverless.
Observability and performance testing experience.
Experience with optimizing MySQL.
